"CUSHION VIDEO"
I had to post this lil bit of eye candy before cutting out on Saturday. Three awesome 3ct cushions that are currently here in stock. A chunky faceted 3.02ct I SI that is totally eye clean (wait till you see this ). A 3.17ct cushion but of the more modern faceting style (Ex/Ex with exceptional optics ) and a 3.21ct F SI2 Square Cushion Hearts & Arrows.  Some very serious eye candy.

 "CUSHION VIDEO"
A new estate ring we just got in. A 3.02ct Cushion with the chunky flashes which comes
with a platinum setting (no additional cost) with 3/4cttw in diamonds and is a size 5.25.
What is interesting about this diamond is it is described as a "Cushion Modified" due to the
facet structure, however it plainly has the broad chunky flashes of the old world cushions.

"ROUND "O, G, J" COLOR IDEAL H&A DIAMONDS"
An interesting comparison of an "O" colored 1.74ct alongside a 2.03ct J SI2 and a 2ct G VS1
cushion.  We take both a critical and practical look at this warm colored diamond that is cut
to the rarest specs with regards to rounds and is quite beautiful.

"ROUND IDEAL H&A DIAMONDS"
comparison w. different lower half lengths
Ok... in the above video we're getting a little on the geeky side but its all in good fun and in the spirit of education.   The two diamonds in this video are both picture perfect Hearts & Arrows.  Both diamonds fall in the zenith of GIA/AGS light performance (rarest combos) but one diamond has proportions cut to 34.16 crown angles with 41.07 pavilion angles with 78.7 lower half length and 60% stars while the other diamond has 34.6 crown angles, 40.7 pavilion angles, 75% lower half length and 48% stars. Both are beautiful yet differing flavors of H&A.  If you want to have a little fun with this watch the video and turn off your audio, see which flavor you prefer then watch again with the audio.

The Ultimate Diamond Info's Video Tutorial's

Video's ROCK.

In this section we will be featuring video tutorials on your favorite subjets as well as product comparisons and the most recent shoots/comparisons we're doing for clients.  There is something to learn in each video as we show and demonstrate the optical characteristics in diamond that further seperates us from our competition.  We are the first to introduce this means via the Internet, no doubt we expect copies of our work to be attempted but after years of learning, experimenting, purchasing various cameras and lens; all our videos are shot and rendered from genuine high definition cams (which we will eventually make available on DVD, Blu Ray or HD-DVD formats).

This is a new feature we are adding, so please bear with us as we're shooting and editing.   There is A LOT more to come.  To view the videos we have featured so far choose the subject in the tables below.

While we are perhaps the only website that hand picks our rounds to ensure they fall within GIA Ex and AGS Ideal standards (and beyond ), there can exist slight variances in their appearances based on differences in proportions. In this video we capture those nuances due to a half a degree in pavilion angles.  One set makes the arrows appear darker while the other makes them appear brighter. View the video to find out which you prefer more.
